IWillWorship.com does not accept guitar tabs that have been taken from songbooks, magazines, or any other published material. Tabbing a work by listening to the song is okay as long as you credit the musicians involved.

The archive is legal as long as you use it for personal use. All songs are the tabber's own interpretations and IWillWorship.com is not responsible for any of the tabs. The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement.

TAB Submission Regulations

NOTE: IWillWorship.com provides a posting spot for users to post information for personal study. IWillWorship.com and it's representatives will be reffered to as The Database.

All tablature, music, lead sheets, etc. found on The Database are interpretations that have been submited to The Database by individuals (not affiliated with The Database) whom have agreed to the following conditions:

1. That any file submitted to The Database is not copied or taken from any published material but is in fact of the submittee's own individual interpretation.
That any file submitted will contain copyright information, listing the author(s) and/or owner(s) of the copyright of the original piece.
3. Submittees must provide the name(s) of the person(s) whom originally tabbed or created the file(s) being submitted.
4. Whenever possible, it is requested that the submittee provide his or her own e-mail address within the document(s) being submitted.

The Database will NEVER give out any personal information, submitted by individuals, to any kind of third party in any way. All information is kept confidential and will not be posted without the written concent of that individual. This is, of course, with the understanding that any personal information included within a file, which has been submitted to The Database to be posted, is sent in with permission already given to The Database to publish that information.

Additional Legal Notice

In order to submit a song to the database the following must be true: The tabbing for all worship songs in this library was done by listening to the song on a CD. None of the guitar tabs were taken from songbooks, magazines, or any other published material. Therefore each work was subject to the listener's own interpretation. According to the US Code Title 17, Section 107, it is legal to use this library for "criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research." In other words, please do not use or distribute the contents of this library for any other purposes.
